Thing Thing Arena - Thing Thing 3 Review:

Thing Thing Arena has in store what you have been long waiting for! Thing Thing 3 is the third sequel of the Thing Thing games. This sequel confirms and refutes all the hunches you may have about the identity of the main character. There may be some spoilers in this game review so read with caution.

If you felt bad about the second sequel’s being mum on the story, you will rejoice in Thing Thing 3 because its introduction alone already makes up for that. What’s more is that it gives light to what happened in the second sequel. It is just fitting to know that all your hard work in that challenging game was not wasted but is actually part of the story.

The game is basically the same but there are a few changes and a lot of improvements! To start with, you can still create your own character. The hairstyles, headgears, and outfits available are now available in colors such as red, white, and black. They have also added the cool feature of choosing your own shoes with the same color availabilities as aforementioned.

Other exciting changes in Thing Thing 3 include the double jump. Press the jump button twice to perform a cool somersault that can really come in handy in most situations. You can now also dash or run using the Shift or Ctrl keys which replaced the punch function in the previous sequel. Another awesome addition is being able to shoot in both directions when using double guns. Just press F and you will see your character point his guns both ways and start shooting like a real deal action star.

Similarly, the name of the gun you are using is now displayed in the top right corner of the screen. There are so many awesome guns in this sequel and some of them include the SV Infinity 1911, FN FAL, Dual Walther P-99, HK G36, Benelli M4, Dual Beretta 92FS, Striker-12, FN M249 SAW, Pancor Jackhammer, and others. You will definitely have a hard time choosing your favorite gun! Also, the recoil of the guns is not so strong like before so those who are annoyed by the recoil will definitely be glad. And for those who want a dose of gore mixed with a good dose of action, Thing Thing 3 is perfect because unlike in the previous Thing Thing’s, you will now see the corpse of your enemy after killing them. You can see them headless, with broken skulls and shattered body.

In the beginning of the game you might think that you have found yourself an ally. But as you progress through the levels, there will be a very interesting twist in the story. You will be facing once more, creatures of your own kind.

Thing Thing 3 is really no less than a splendid game that couples an encapsulating story along with awesome action-packed game play. It is way better than its predecessors.
