Thing Thing Arena - Thing Thing 3 Review:

Thing Thing Arena 3 is the latest - and probably the last, unfortunately - Thing Thing game which focuses on survival and can be played right here on Thing Thing Arena (thingthingarena.net).

Thing Thing Arena 3 made some drastic changes and many improvements in the game. The game starts with a kick ass cut scene similar to that off Thing Thing Arena 2, only better. The mercenaries in the cut scene were made more cunning and a little harder to deal with than they are in the real game. The cool cars are also pleasant to the eyes.

Nonetheless, a bigger surprise comes in the part of the character creation. Most people and players will probably think that Thing Thing games are only for masculine men (how stereotypical!), but this time around, the character customization includes girl items!!! Yes, you read that right! There are now girl heads, girl bodies, and lady clothes and shoes, in Thing Thing Arena 3. So if you ever wanted to make a Thing Thing character in the likeness of Tomb Raider or Agent Sarah Walker or want your girlfriend to actually appreciate the game, it is now possible! Similarly, you can now customize the hands of your character. Give them gloves, make them cyborgs or fighting skeletons. These new features just made Thing Thing Arena 3 more exciting.

Likewise, you are now given more options in the game. You can adjust the volume of the sound effects and music (Hurrah! You know, sometimes all the loud and endless gun shots can get annoying), adjust the display quality, turn off the shells, object rotation, giblets (which I would rather call flying innards), and bloods which is good for the players who puke at the sight of gore.

On the other hand, there are some changes in the controls and game play as well. Some of the good features in Thing Thing 4 were adapted in Thing Thing Arena 3. You now have the coolest melee weapon which is the really handy lead pipe and you can switch to it immediately by pressing Q. You can now also duck, throw your weapon at your enemies, plus do the ground stomp and grab/execute which are totally wicked!

Some people may like this while some may not but there are now only two game modes in Thing Thing Arena 3 (goodbye zombies and stinky beans!) which are the quick play and custom game. Quick play lets you dive straight into the action while custom game is a little more complex than that. It lets you choose from different levels which include the dungeon, underground basement, laboratory, service tunnel, sewer, and home. You can also choose the size of the fighting area from large, medium, and arena. Each place still has its own list of daily and all time top scores.

Other unique features in Thing Thing Arena 3 include the tips which are given as the game loads, the fatal wound which points out a particularly hit part of your body that caused your death, and the new major feature which is the achievements. The achievements took the game into a whole new level. By performing certain and unique kills, you will be able to unlock achievements such as the Triple Kill by killing 3 enemies simultaneously, the Untouchable by killing 10 enemies without being hit, the Brain Surgeon by making 100 headshots, and so much more!

You will certainly miss half of your life if you do not play Thing Thing Arena 3. This game can get you hooked in no time so get playing Thing Thing Arena 3 now and explore the vast greatness!
